Ingredients
- 500g butter
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 cup Wheat flour
- 1 cup Maida flour
METHOD
- Take butter and sugar in a bowl and beat till silky smooth and creamy.
- Add flour and crumble the mix till smooth dough do not knead.
- Make small cookie shape and bake at 180 C for 10 minutes.
*Can sprinkle sugar crystal or add flavor like vanilla,chocolate or coconut.
Suggestions:- Can use different shapes , Create different patterns
using fork and can add nuts to enhance the taste.
