Ingredients
- 1 cup rava,sooji(semolina)
- 1 cup rice flour
- ½ cup curd
- 2-3 cup of water
- Add salt as per taste
- 1 Eno (fruit salt) / ½ tablespoon activated yeast
- Oil, Butter or Ghee for greasing
Method
- Take rava,rice flour and curd in a bowl.
- Add water.
- Make a mixture.
- Add salt ,Add ENO/activated yeast.
- Keep it aside for 1 hour.
For
Making
- Heat the tava.
- Grease it with little oil.
- Pour 1 serving spoon of the mixture on the tawa spread it evenly.
- Cook it evenly from both sides.
SERVING SUGESTIONS :-Serve it with Sambar or Coconut Chutney.
