Ingredients

  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 tomato chopped
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 black cardamom
  • 2 green cardamom
  • 4 cloves
  • 1 bay leaf 
  • ½ Star anise
  • 200gm chicken
  • 3 bowl basmati rice
  • 2 tablespoon ghee
  • 1 tablespoon warm milk with saffron 
  • 1 table spoon red chilli powder
  • 1 tablespoon turmeric powder
  • 1 tablespoon coriander powder
  • 1 tablespoon garam masala
  • 1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves 


Method


  1. Heat the ghee in cooker.
  2. Add cinnamon stick, black cardamom, green cardamom, cloves, bay leaf, star anise.
  3. Add onion fry till golden brown.
  4. Add chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric, garam masala powder. Saute it for a minute.
  5. Add tomato and chicken. Fry till the chicken get coated with masala and masala starts leaving ghee.
  6. Add soaked basmati rice, add salt and add 3 bowl of water.
  7. Pressure cook till 1 whistle.
  8. Let the pressure release open the lid and add saffron milk.
  9. Garnish with coriander leaves.




SERVING SUGGESTIONS:- SERVE IT WITH CURD OR CHICKEN KORMA.

  • 350g paneer cubes (cottage cheese)
  • 1 tablespoon red chilli powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoon corn flour


FOR SAUCE

  • ½ tablespoon red chilli powder
  • ½ tablespoon ginger
  • ½ tablespoon garlic
  • ½ cup diced onion
  • ¼ cup diced capsicum
  • ¼ cup red and yellow capsicum
  • 1 green chilli
  • 2 ¼ tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon ketchup
  • Pinch of sugar
  • Dash of water
  • ½ tablespoon vinegar
  • Handful spring onion


METHOD


  1. Take paneer cubes in a bowl.
  2. Add chilli powder, salt and corn flour.
  3. Mix it so that paneer gets coated with the spices.
  4. Deep fry the paneer cubes.
  5. Take it out when it become golden in colour.
  6. Keep it aside.


FOR SAUCE

  1. Take 2 small containers and dissolve red chilli powder and ½ tablespoon of corn flour with 1 tablespoon of water respectively.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan.
  3. Add ginger and garlic. Give it a quick stir.
  4. Add onion, green, red and yellow capsicum. Give it a nice stir.
  5. Add green chilli and red chilli solution.
  6. Add soy sauce, ketchup and pinch of sugar. Give it a quick boil.
  7. Add dash of water.
  8. Add corn flour solution.
  9. *If you want gravy chilli paneer you can add more water.
  10. Add fried paneer and toss it.
  11. Add vinegar and spring onion.
  12. Add dash of water so that the flavour gets mixed up.
  13. Give it a mix and turn off the flame.
  14. Garnish it with Spring onion.



SERVING SUGGESTIONS:- SERVE IT SOLO AS A SNACK OR SERVE IT AS SIDE DISH WITH NOODLE OR FRIED RICE.

  • 2-3 clove
  • 1 cardamom

  • 3-4 peppercorn

  • 1 tablespoon red chilli powder
  • 1 tablespoon turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon coriander powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon garam masala
  • 1 tablespoon matar paneer masala
  • 100 gm paneer cubes (cottage cheese)
  • 100 gm peas




METHOD


  1. Take oil in a pan heat it.
  2. Add onion saute for 2 minutes and grind it well. 
  3. Separately grind the tomatoes and keep aside. 
  4. Now heat oil in a pan add cumin ,cloves, peppercorns, cardamom, cinnamon. 
  5. Now add onion and ginger garlic paste saute till it starts releasing oil and doesn't let it stick to pan.
  6. Add tomato puree and saute well. 
  7. Mix all powder masalas in 2-3 tablespoon water and add it to the pan.
  8. Saute well till the masala starts releasing oil.
  9. Add half cooked peas and cubed paneer to it. 
  10. Add water to adjust consistency. 
  11. Let it boil.
  12. Add chopped coriander leaves.



SERVING SUGGESTIONS:-SERVE IT HOT WITH ROTI, PRANTHA ,POORI OR RICE

How To make Butter Chicken | Murgh Makhni at Home | Butter Chicken recipe

Ingredients


For first marination
  • Chicken 500g
  • Lemon juice 1to 2 table spoon
  • Salt
  • Black pepper 1teaspon
  • Red chilly powder 1/2 teaspoon


Second marination

  • Hung curd 1small bowl
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Turmeric
  • Salt 
  • Oil

Gravy

  • 2 Diced onion 
  • 4 Diced tomatoes 
  • 3 Green chillies
  • 2 teaspoon  Ginger garlic paste 
  • 4 tablespoon Butter 
  • 5 tablespoon Cream 
  • 2 Cinnamon stick  
  • 4 Cloves
  • 2 Cardamom
  • Salt as per taste 
  • Sugar


METHOD



  1. Take chicken in a bowl and add all the ingredients of first marination.
  2. Keep it at rest for 30 minutes in refrigerator.
  3. Take out the marinated chicken and add all the ingredients of second marination.
  4. Let it rest for 1.5 hrs in refrigerator.
  5. Take out the chicken. 
  6. Heat butter in a pan and add the marinated chicken to it and fry till all the water evaporates. Take other pan heat butter add fennel seeds, cardamom, cinnamon and cloves.
  7. Add ginger garlic paste, green chilli, and diced onion to it.
  8. Saute for 5 min and add turmeric powder ,chilli powder ,garam masala and little sugar(1/2 teaspoon) .
  9. Add tomatoes to it. 
  10. Let the masala get cooked till it starts leaving oil.
  11. Switch off the gas and make a smooth paste of the masala. 
  12. Again heat the pan with little butter and add the paste of masala to it adjust the consistency by adding water and add pan fried chicken and let it get cooked with masala. 
  13. Add fresh cream and garnish with coriander leaves.



SERVING SUGGESTIONS:-SERVE IT ROTI, PRANTHA, NAAN OR RICE

Fruit Salad Custard Recipe | How to Make Fruit Salad Custard at Home


Fruit salad custard is a mixture of fruits, milk or cream. It is an easy to cook mouth watering delicious dessert recipe. Ingredients

  • 1 liter milk 
  • Apple 1 chopped
  • Banana 1
  • Pomegranate 1
  • Grapes green and red 50 g each
  • Diced strawberry 
  • Custard powder 3tblspoon
  • Sugar
  • Ice cream (any flavour of your choice (vanilla or butterscotch)
  • Chocolate syrup

Method

  1. Take a sauce pan add milk to it.
  2. On medium to low flame. Let the milk boil.
  3. Once milk is boiled switch off the flame and leave the milk so that it reaches approximately 80°C.
  4. Meanwhile in a small bowl take custard powder and pour 1/4 cup of milk and mix it properly till there is no lumps. 
  5. Now add the dissolved custard powder to milk and stir well.
  6. Now switch on the gas and on low flame heat the milk with constant stirring.
  7. Add sugar according to your taste. 
  8. The milk starts thickening slightly switch of the gas .
  9. Now keep the prepared custard in refrigerator for 2 hrs.

Final mix 
Whenever you have to serve it. Just take the chilled custard in a dessert bowl or glass. Add all the chopped fruit to it and add a scoop of ice cream and Hershey chocolate syrup on top of it.

  • ½ inch cinnamon stick
  • 1 badi elachi (black cardamom)
  • 2-3 tablespoon oil
  • Salt as per taste
  • Coriander leaves





Method


  1. Heat the oil. Add cloves, black pepper, cinnamon stick, badi elachi. Saute. 
  2. Add jeera ,hing, ginger paste ,tomato paste and green chilli. Sautee. Till masala start releasing oil. 
  3. Add turmeric powder,red chilli powder ,coriander powder. Saute. 
  4. Add chole masala, chole, 1 cup water and add salt. Make it boil. Turn the flame off. 
  5. Add coriander leaves and garam masala. 
  6. Garnish it with fresh coriander leaves. 



Serving suggestion:-Serve it with Roti, Prantha , Rice and Bhature .

  • ½ cup curd

  • 1 Eno (fruit salt) / ½ tablespoon activated yeast
  • Oil, Butter or Ghee for greasing



 Method

  1. Take rava,rice flour and curd in a bowl.
  2. Add water. 
  3. Make a mixture.
  4. Add salt ,Add ENO/activated yeast.
  5. Keep it aside for 1 hour.

For  Making

  1. Heat the tava.  
  2. Grease it with little oil.
  3. Pour 1 serving spoon of the mixture on the tawa spread it evenly.
  4. Cook it evenly from both sides.

SERVING SUGESTIONS :-Serve it with Sambar or Coconut Chutney.

Ingredients


  • 2 cup Milk
  • 4 tablespoon Whole wheat flour
  • 4-5 Garlic cloves
  • 3 tablespoon Butter 
  • 1 Onion finely chopped
  • ½ cup Bell peppers
  • 1 cup Tomato puree
  • Red chilli flakes
  • Oregano
  • Basil (optional)
  • Salt as per taste





Method


Boil the pasta ,strain the water and let it come to room  temperature.   
heat butter in a pan. 

PREPRATION OF WHITE SAUSE:-
  1. Put finely chopped garlic
  2. Add whole wheat flour cook it for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Pour milk with constant stirring so as to avoid lumps. 
  4. Stir it for 5 more minutes till the milk thickens. 
  5. Add salt as per taste and switch off the flame.
  6. Keep aside


PREPRATION OF RED SAUSE:-

  1. Heat butter in a pan. 
  2. Add garlic , tomato puree, red chilli flakes and salt as per taste. 
  3. Cook it for 10 minutes with constant mixing and switch off the flame. 
  4. Keep aside

FINAL MIX:-

  1. Heat butter in a pan 
  2. Add chopped onions and bell peppers toss till onions become golden brown 
  3. Add white sauce then red sauce 
  4. Add basils and oreganos 
  5. Add salt if needed 
  6. Garnish it with some Black olives, cheese and hint of olive oil.
Serving suggestion:-serve it hot with garlic bread .

  • ½ cup Baby corn
  • ½  cup cheese
  • 1/2 cup broccoli
  • Ajwain

  • chilli flakes

Steps


For sause: Heat 2 tablespoon butter add maida/wheat flour mix it. Then add milk keep stirring to avoid lumps. Make it boil once its thick keep it side and add salt, ajwain  and oregano.
For pasta: heat 2 tablespoon butter. Add yellow bell pepper , red bell pepper , capsicum, baby corn add boiled pasta add salt, oregano,chilli flakes.mix it and add sauce.
Garnish it with shredded cheese and fresh coriander leaves
.

Ingredients


  • 3/4 cup of urad dal (black gram) 
  • 1/4 cup of kashmiri rajma (red kidney bean) 
  • 1 teaspoons of jeera (cumin seeds)
  • ½  turmeric powder
  • 2 green chilli
  • 8 garlic cloves finely chopped 
  • 1 full size chopped onion 
  • 1  teaspoon ginger syrup/finely chopped ginger 1 inch 
  • 1 cup tomato puree/2 finely diced tomato
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 1/2  teaspoon of red chilli powder 
  • 100g butter 
  • 1  cup fresh cream
  • Salt as per taste
         Steps 
  1.   Wash urad dal and rajma with water 
  2.   Add approx 1.5 litre water in pressure cooker let it pressure cook 10 to 12 whistle . let it rest      till pressure comes out.
  3.   For heat oil/butter/ghee in a pan once oil is hot enough add cumin seeds when you hear             cracking sound add ginger paste then garlic let it cook.  Then add green chilli after that add       onion. Wait till its golden then add tomato puree or diced tomato.
  4.  Time to add the spices add turmeric powder ,red chilli powder and garam masala .Once the masala is ready it will release water that the when you need to add the dal. Mix and add fresh cream .
  5.  Let it simmer for 5 minutes and for garnish you can use fresh coriander and cream.


Serving suggestion: you can serve it with plain or jeera rice or laccha parantha , naan goes best with this dish
