Ingredients
- ½ kg ghiya(bottle gourd)
- 100g khoya(mava)
- 100g sugar
- 1 cup milk
- Dry fruit
- Elaichi(cardamom) powder
- 1 tablespoon ghee
Method
- Wash, peel and grate bottle gourd.
- Heat the ghee.
- Add grated bottle gourd and fry it.
- Add milk and make it boil till milk gets evaporated.
- Add sugar mix it well.
- Add khoya and fry it.
- Add dry fruit and cardamom powder and turn off the flame.
