INGREDIENTS
- 250 boiled spinach paste
- 100g paneer cubes
- 2-3 diced tomato
- Pinch of hing(asafoetida)
- ½ teaspoon jeera(cumin)
- ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
- ½ teaspoon red chilli powder
- ¼ teaspoon garam masala
- Pinch of nutmeg(grated)
- Salt as per taste
METHOD
- Heat the oil.
- Add tomato, hing, cumin, turmeric powder, red chilli powder.
- Saute it till release oil.
- Add paneer .Let the spice mix with paneer.
- Add spinach paste. Boil it for 1 min.
- Turn of the flame .Add garam masala and nutmeg.
- Garnish it with cream.
