Palak panner is a North Indian vegetarian dish. Also known as Spinach paneer(Indian cheese). Two main ingredients of this dish is spinach and paneer. INGREDIENTS 


  • 250 boiled spinach paste
  • 100g paneer cubes
  • 2-3 diced tomato
  • Pinch of hing(asafoetida)
  • ½ teaspoon jeera(cumin)
  • ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
  • ½ teaspoon red chilli powder
  • ¼ teaspoon garam masala
  • Pinch of nutmeg(grated)
  • Salt as per taste


METHOD 


  1. Heat the oil.
  2. Add tomato,  hing, cumin, turmeric powder, red chilli powder.
  3. Saute it till release oil.
  4. Add paneer .Let the spice mix with paneer.
  5. Add spinach paste. Boil it for 1 min.
  6. Turn of the flame .Add garam masala and nutmeg.
  7. Garnish it with cream. 


SERVING SUGGESTIONS:- SERVE IT HOT WITH ROTI , PRANTHA OR RICE .
