How to Make Veg Pizza At Home Without Oven | Veg Pizza Recipe Without Oven

Ingredients


For base 
  • 1cup wheat flour 
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • Salt 
  • Oil 
  • Yeast
  • Water
For topping
  • Pizza sauce 
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Processed cheese
  • 1 chopped capsicum
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 100 g sweet corn
  • Black olives 
  • Green olives


Method for base 



  1. Take 1 cup wheat flour and 1 cup all purpose flour in a bowl.
  2. Add oil to it.
  3. Add water.
  4. Take a small bowl add Luke warm water sugar and yeast to it let the yeast get activated.
  5. Add activated yeast to bowl with flour.
  6. Knead properly Make it a smooth dough.
  7. Cover it with damp cloth and keep aside for 1 hour.
  8. After an hour take the raised dough and knead it again releasing excess of gas accumulated in between.
  9. Roll big ball of dough into a thick base. 
  10. Prick the base with fork.
  11. Take pan and grease it with oil and half cook the base from both sides.


For topping

  1. Take a pan add oil let it heat.
  2. Add capsicum onion and sweet corn.
  3. Saute for a minute.
  4. Add red chilli powder and salt as per taste.
  5. Switch off the flame and keep aside.


Final making

  1. Take the base. 
  2. Apply pizza sauce if you don't have pizza sauce take normal tomato sauce add butter red chilli powder and salt to it.
  3. Keep processed cheese slice on it.
  4. Add the veggies. 
  5. Add grated mozzarella cheese.
  6. Keep it on the highly heated pan.
  7. Lower the flame. 
  8. Cover it with a lid.
  9. Let it get cooked for 25 minutes on low flame.
  10. Switch off the flame and pizza is ready.


Serving Suggestions:-Taste best with Ketchup,Oregano and Chilli flakes.
