How to Make Bread Roll at Home | Bread Roll Recipe


Bread roll is an easy and tasty snack which can be served as breakfast or as a side dish with tea. Bread rolls were basically of Western origin but we Indians make it full of Indian flavors. This is a recipe which all age groups people will love to eat. Generally bread rolls in India has potato filling one can even change the combination of filling and make it according to them. It’s easy to make and healthy so try it and share your feedback.






Ingredients 

  • 3 boiled potato
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • Coriander leaves finely chopped
  • 1 table spoon Red chilli powder 
  • 1 table spoon Coriander powder 
  • ½ tablespoon Garam masala
  • 2 pinch of Hing(asafoetida)
  • Salt as per taste 
  • 2 tablespoon Amchoor (dried mango powder )
  • Bread


METHOD


  1. Take a bowl mash the boiled potatoes.
  2. Add red chilli powder,coriander leaves ,coriander powder ,garam masala ,hing ,amchoor powder ,lemon juice and salt and mix it well.
  3. Take plate pour water. 
  4. Cut the edges of bread and soak this bread in water for few second and make a roll of potato masala and cover this roll with soaked bread.
  5. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the bread roll.


SERVING SUGGESTIONS:-SERVE IT WITH KETCHUP OR CORIANDER CHUTNEY
