Chilli cheese toast is one my favorite snack
recipe. I hope you will also like it. It is easy to make less time consuming
and taste great. Best part it’s very healthy as we are using fresh vegetables
in it. I m quite sure your kid will love it. You can serve it in breakfast,
lunch or a teatime snack. Add this amazing super easy chilli cheese toast
recipe in your menu and surprise everyone with this simple yet elegant dish. Try

Ingredients
- 2 bread slice
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 2 teaspoon chopped garlic
- ½ cup grated cheese
- 2 sliced cheese (yellow)
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped green capsicum
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped red capsicum
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
- ½ green chilli chopped
- Coriander leaves for sprinkle
- 2 tablespoon finely chopped carrot
- Salt to taste
METHOD
- Mix butter with garlic.
- Apply it on both sides bread slices.
- Add grated cheese, sliced cheese, green and red capsicum, onion, green chilli and carrot.
- Sprinkle some coriander leaves and salt.
- Put some more grated cheese.
- Carefully lift the bread slices.
- Place on a pan on low flame.
- Cover the pan with lid.
- Cook till cheese start melting.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS:- WITH THE HELP OF KNIFE CUT IT INTO
TRIANGLE AND SERVE IT KETCHUP
