Ingredients


For marinate

  • 300g chicken dices
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon garlic paste
  • 1 tablespoon ginger paste
  • 1 tablespoon red chilli powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¾ tablespoon cumin powder
  • 2 tablespoon yogurt


For outer coating

  • 3 tablespoon refined flour (maida)
  • 2 tablespoon corn flour
  • 1 tablespoon rice flour
  • Salt to taste


For Tempering

  • 2 tablespoon oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
  • 2 chopped green chilli
  • Handful of curry leaves



METHOD

For Marinate
  1. In a bowl take chicken dices.
  2. Add lemon juice, salt, garlic paste, ginger paste, red chilli powder, black pepper, cumin powder and yogurt.
  3. Mix it so that all the flavor can get absorbed by chicken.
  4. Keep it aside.


For outer coating

  1. Take a bowl add refined flour, corn flour, rice flour and salt.
  2. Give it a mix.
  3. Dunk the chicken pieces in the flour.
  4. Make a light coating.
  5. Heat oil and deep fry the chicken till it becomes nice crunchy outside.
  6. Take it out and keep it aside.


For tempering

  1. Heat the oil.
  2. Add chopped garlic. Sauté it.
  3. Add green chilli and sauté it. Don’t let the garlic turn brown.
  4. Add handful of curry leaves.
  5. Add chicken and toss it.
  6. Before removing add coriander leaves.
  7. Toss it 3 times.
  8. For plating garnish with some coriander leaves.
