Ingredients
- 3 onions chopped
- 2 tomatoes chopped
- 2 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
- 2-3 clove
- 1 cardamom
- 1 small cinnamon stick
- 3-4 peppercorn
- 6 tablespoon Oil
- 1 tablespoon red chilli powder
- 1 tablespoon turmeric
- 1 tablespoon coriander powder
- 1/2 tablespoon garam masala
- 1 tablespoon matar paneer masala
- 100 gm paneer cubes (cottage cheese)
- 100 gm peas
METHOD
- Take oil in a pan heat it.
- Add onion saute for 2 minutes and grind it well.
- Separately grind the tomatoes and keep aside.
- Now heat oil in a pan add cumin ,cloves, peppercorns, cardamom, cinnamon.
- Now add onion and ginger garlic paste saute till it starts releasing oil and doesn't let it stick to pan.
- Add tomato puree and saute well.
- Mix all powder masalas in 2-3 tablespoon water and add it to the pan.
- Saute well till the masala starts releasing oil.
- Add half cooked peas and cubed paneer to it.
- Add water to adjust consistency.
- Let it boil.
- Add chopped coriander leaves.
