Ingredients

  • 2 boiled eggs
  • 2 onions chopped
  • 1 tomato chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 table spoon ginger chopped
  • 3 green chillies
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1.2 tablespoon red chilli powder
  • 1.5 tablespoon coriander powder
  • ½ tablespoon turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon garam masala 
  • 2 tablespoon oil


METHOD


  1. Heat the oil in a pan.
  2. Add cumin seed let is splutter.
  3. Add onions, garlic, ginger and green chillies. Saute for 2 minutes.
  4. Add tomatoes, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and garam masala. 
  5. Fry till it releases oil.
  6. Add water adjust the consistency of gravy. 
  7. Add eggs and let the curry boil.
  8. Garnish it with some coriander leaves.



SERVING SUGGESTIONS:-SERVE IT WITH ROTI , PRANTHA OR RICE
