Ingredients 

  • 1 scoop rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 banana



METHOD


  1. Put rolled oats in a jar and blend it.
  2. Add banana and milk.
  3. Blend it.
  4. Serve it cold.




SERVING SUGGESTIONS:-Can put some fresh fruits on it and add any flavor essence.
