Ingredients
- 5 Ripened mango
- 1 bowl Powdered sugar
METHOD
- Take the mango pulp and sugar and blend it together in a blender.
- Take a baking tray place baking paper.
- Add the mix and spread in a thin layer.
- Tap the tray to release air bubbles.
- Now bake it at 75°C for 3.5 hrs.
- Let it cool to room temperature.
- Take out the aampapad cut it into pieces and store it.
