Tomato Curry is my grandmother's recipe . Its a typical North Indian dish . Easy to make . Tomato Curry Tastes best when prepared with fresh ingredients . Ingredients
- ½ kg tomato
- 100g besan (Gram flour)
- ½ teaspoon sarso (mustard seeds)
- ½ teaspoon jeera(cumin)
- Pinch of hing
- 2 whole dried red chilli
- 2 green chilli silted one
- ½ teaspoon haldi (Turmeric)
- ½ teaspoon red chilli powder
- 3 tablespoon oil
Method
- Mix besan into 1 litre water.
- Heat oil, add red chilli, green chilli, hing , jeera ,sarso.
- Add diced tomato sauté.
- Add haldi ,red chilli powder and add besan mixture make it boil till 3 minute .
- Garnish it with fresh coriander leaves.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS:-Serve it with Roti , Parantha , Fulka and Plain Rice .
