How to Make Tomato Curry at Home in 5 Easy Steps

Tomato Curry is my grandmother's recipe . Its a typical North Indian dish . Easy to make . Tomato Curry Tastes best when prepared with fresh ingredients . Tangy in taste and the hint of coriander leaves taste very soothing and fresh . One had never thought can give this kind of twist to Tomato . So lets try something tangy today . Ingredients


  • ½ kg tomato
  • 100g besan (Gram flour)
  • ½ teaspoon sarso (mustard seeds)
  • ½ teaspoon jeera(cumin)
  • Pinch of hing
  • 2 whole dried red chilli
  • 2 green chilli silted one
  • ½ teaspoon haldi (Turmeric)
  • ½ teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 3 tablespoon oil


Method

  1. Mix besan into 1 litre water.
  2. Heat oil, add red chilli, green chilli, hing , jeera ,sarso.
  3. Add diced tomato sauté.
  4. Add haldi ,red chilli powder and add besan mixture make it boil till 3 minute .
  5. Garnish it with fresh coriander leaves.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS:-Serve it with Roti , Parantha , Fulka and Plain Rice .
