Ingredients
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 tomato chopped
- 1/2 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard seed
- 1 bowl roasted vermicelli
- 2 bowls of water
Method
- Heat the oil in a pan.
- Add mustard seeds and let it splutter.
- Add onion fry till golden brown and add tomato and fry till oil separates add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt.
- Add roasted vermicelli and add water and close the lid of pan let it get cooked and water evaporate.
- Add coriander leaves and serve.
